4. Self Hosted Platform

Unless separately agreed through a managed service arrangement, Appe Technologies does not control or manage customer-hosted infrastructure.
5. Customer Data Responsibility
All customer and business information including location information, uploaded files, and ERP data remain under the ownership and control of the customer organization.
Customers are responsible for:
- User consent and notifications
- Data backup procedures
- Server security
- User access management
- Compliance with laws and regulations
- Management and use of stored data
Appe Technologies acts as a software provider and does not claim ownership of customer-hosted data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
